Gold and Wrath of the Lich King

Well the Lich King expansion is here. In many ways, it is even better than I had expected....the quests are much more imaginative and fun, many of the mobs are new, the tuskarrs are really adorable, and so on. One thing I have noticed to my vast disappointment, is they have pretty much elimanated any new sources of making gold, without farming. None of the new vendors have recipes that you can resell in the AH, none of the vendors have items that are resellable, either. This is at least so far, I have not gotten past Dragonblight yet. The only thing I have found to resell is some toys in a shop across from the Alliance portals place in Dalaran....and since they are one use only and already sell for 42 silver, the profit margin is pretty low. From what I understand, even the first aid book is a drop that is BOP. The cool ghostly skull pet you can buy in the sewers is also BOP. It almost feels like Blizzard deliberately shut down any means of making gold by reselling items you find at vendors. I don't know about you, but I was very disappointed by that.
